AGA Performance are seeking further Self-Employed Associates to join our team.

AGA Performance is an ISO accredited Training and Development Consultancy, providing high quality, unique and distinctive products and services to the automotive industry.

We are responsible for operating a Training Academy and our role involves us in both the operational running, as well as the design and delivery of all non-technical training for customer facing staff.

AGA Performance employ a number of Trainers and we are currently looking to widen our network of Flex Trainers working with us on Client projects. Our Associates support our full-time team, providing delivery across our various projects as and when required.

Training is held both virtually and face-to-face.

We are seeking individuals with a wealth of training experience, particularly within the automotive sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work on special projects as required
- Work collaboratively with the AGA Performance team and our clients
- Portray a professional image at all times and with all Stakeholders
- Demonstrate a positive mindset and problem-solving approach when dealing with any issues
- Keep up to date with developments in training
- Keep abreast of new technologies and methodologies e.g., of e-learning techniques, research in workplace learning and present this research.
- Ensure all administration required, for example, notes and records, are done accurately and in a timely fashion
- Ensure all necessary preparations are made in advance
- in relation to both personal readiness and the training environment

**About you**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
- Acting as representative of AGA Performance with key Client personnel
- Respecting confidentiality of both project and Client information

**You will need**:

- A full driving licence
- Be able to work in the UK
