We are looking for a creative, analytically minded and results-driven marketer to join our growing Marketing Team as a Social Media and Marketing Executive.

**The Role:

- Support the Head of Marketing and department leads in day-to-day activities where required.
- Manage key client social media accounts, implementing creative campaigns, warm engagement, content and captions where appropriate.
- Manage the weekly reporting of each paid social platform.
- Develop compelling and effective copy for marketing campaigns, including blog writing, research and print copy.
- Produce monthly reports on all marketing activities, including social media performance, website analytics, and the success of digital marketing campaigns.
- You’re positive, self-motivated and have a passion for all things social, marketing and embracing your creative side.
- You thrive on producing high-quality content and reporting success as a result.
- You’re forward-thinking, passionate about the industry and open to learning within an experienced team.
- You have strong writing skills and the confidence to express your ideas effectively.
- You enjoy creating diverse content for various social media platforms, including videos, graphics, and images.
- You are confident in front and behind the camera.
- You excel in team environments as well as working independently to achieve objectives.

**Must Haves**:

- A year of **relevant** experience, either through education, freelancing or as an Apprentice in a Marketing, Content Creation or Social Media role.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written skills - specifically in social-first content.
- Experience working within a team to achieve positive results.

**Nice to haves**:

- Knowledge of Mailchimp or a similar platform
- Experience in Asana or a similar Project Management system.
- Basic knowledge of social ads (Boosting or Ad Campaigns)
