**Liberty HR Recruitment**are delighted to be working exclusively with our client to gain an **HR Business Partner **who has a real experience and bias towards technology. Hopefully you may have worked in the Tech sector as well, but as long as you have the tech experience, you can come from any sector

As a senior HR professional you will up to date on all generalist HR areas and matters. In this role you will be able to perform at a strategic level, and be instrumental in moving technology forwards in the business and also within HR.

You will report into a Head of People and your main business partner in the business will be Tech Director, understanding and driving continuous improvement. You will be used to using People MI, understanding metrics and analysing relevant data and trends. It would also be advantageous if you are informed on AI.

This position is on a Fixed Term basis, between 12-18 months and has the potential to go permanent at the end of the contract. It is offered on a hybrid basis; attending an office in the south of England predominantly once or twice a week, depending on need. Our Client is not ‘hung up’ on presenteeism at all, they recognise great talent can work from home. How refreshing?

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Providing detailed data analysis, identifying key trends and suggesting solutions
- Evaluating and reporting on HR metrics to ensure efficiency
- Working closely with the L&D and Talent team, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Providing guidance on the creation and updating of policies and procedures
- Taking the lead on ensuring HR operations are compliantAs a person you’ll also have the knowledge and experience to successfully communicate, influence and interact with all different levels of stakeholders in this large and successful business.

The salary for this role will be up to **£60k per annum**along with some great benefits
