**Ardent Care Connect Services** is a close-knit home care company who work together to provide quality care to our diverse clients within the comfort of their homes. We are currently seeking individuals who love caring for others, who are kind and who value respect and dignity, to join our team.
We would like professionals, but this is not essential as we will provide training and team support to help you succeed at your role. What we would like is individuals who are keen team players and willing to learn the Ardent way.
We operate in the areas of Cobham, Walton-on-Thames, Redhill, Reigate, Merstham, Horley, Dorking, Caterham and surrounding communities.
As a home care worker, you will be expected to travel to and from our clients’ homes to provide person centred care and support. Tasks will mainly include assisting clients with:
Getting in and out of bed,
Bath/shower
Dressing up
Preparing light meals and drinks
Medication administration
Laundry
Companionship
Monitoring client’s health and well being
Recording care notes accurately
Communicating with client, family members and health care professionals
**Requirements**:
DBS
Right to work in the UK
Access to your own vehicle and a clean UK drivers licence
Good work references
Reliable, Flexible and willing to learn
Great verbal and written communication skills
