We currently have a Receptionist position available within the Patient Services Department at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital working 22.5 hours per week Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on the busy Outpatients areas.

We are seeking for individuals to provide a welcoming, professional and courteous service to patients and visitors who visit the hospital. This customer facing role will be instrumental to the efficient running of all our Reception areas within Patient Services at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, therefore good communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly approach, being enthusiastic and motivated are all required skills for this post.

The post holder will be required to assist patients and visitors using a variety of communication methods, assisting visitors and providing directions.

We are looking for hard-working people who have good communication skills to be able to work both as an individual and within a team.

The individual should have strong organisational skills, excellent customer service (scheduling and re-booking of patients appointments) time management and attention to detail.

The nature of the post requires the post holder to have a high level of tact and diplomacy and adhere to the rules of confidentiality.
