We are recruiting for a fixed term contract (12 months) for this role to support with our digital transformation programme.

Role Purpose

Primary responsibility for administrative duties associated with the delivery of the digitialisation programme, providing support to project managers and escalating any issues as appropriate.

Role Specifics- Assist with planning where required, including updating Jira plans as necessary- Scheduling of meetings/workshops across the Programme as needed (including sourcing of meeting rooms)- Collate information for programme meetings, circulating to participants for review in advance of meetings- Handle minute-taking at meetings + tracking of actions and decisions, ensuring actions are followed up in advance of next meeting- Actively follow up on plan action items, ensuring that Jira sub-tasks are updated accordingly to provide a record of work completed- Tracking of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions- Escalation of issues to Project Manager and Business Lead

Required knowledge & experience- 5 GCSEs or equivalent, typically Grade C or above, must have at least grade C in English and Maths- Experienced project administrator with operational knowledge of project methodologies- Experience of taking meeting minutes- Minimum intermediate level in MS office suite, Jira, Confluence- Experience and ability to work at all levels of an organisation including at Director/Board level.- Fluent in business English language - written and verbal.- Experience of actively taking part in a team environment, but equally comfortable working independently.- Highly organized, task-oriented individual with keen eye for detail- Ability to function in fast-paced environment
