**The Role**
As an HR & Training Administrator you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience You'll be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from HR & Training systems requirements to general administration tasks, working closely with the HR & Training Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly. With endless opportunities to learn and grow, you'll be able to develop your skills in all areas of HR & Training administration, and make a real difference in the success of the department. **The Profile**
- CIPD qualifications and/or experience working in a HR department
- Acting as a first point of contact for employees with HR queries
- Assisting with the recruitment process
- Drafting and issuing employment letters and contracts
- Preparing and attending meetings

**Renumeration**
£22k-£28k (DOE) + Hybrid Working + Workplace Pension Scheme + Employee Assistance Programme

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
