**About the Role**

The role of Fund Relationships Technician is varied and challenging. Your core purpose will be to assist and participate in Service Review Meetings with Fund Managers and Administrators and provide oversight for FNZ team related tasks, assisting and participatingin operational meetings, documenting minutes (if applicable) and ensuring the follow through.

You will be the point of contact for operational queries, building relationships, identifying improvements and efficiencies across the team as processes evolve over time. You will manage any Fund Manager Service Legal Agreements as allocated and launch NewFund Group's on the Quilter platform.

Through all the above you will support the expansion of the Quilter platform and all which this entails.

This role will be varied and challenging and is a greatopportunity for you to develop knowledge and understanding of Investment Services.

**About You**:
Full training will be given; however, it would be beneficial if you had some Financial Services experience and a basic understanding of Funds.

Strong attention to detail is essential as is the ability to work on your own initiative and with excellent organisational skills.

This role is predominately reactive, and no 2 days are the same so you will be someone who is able to work under pressure in a fast paced and changing and takes a proactive approach to the resolution of problems, escalating issues as required.

To effectively consult with internal and external stakeholders, you will need strong skills in both written and verbal communication.
