Inneg is a growing medico-legal services provider that provides consultancy support to solicitors and doctors specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven individual with excellent communication skills and computer skills to join this growing team.

**About Us**

Your role will be to support our solicitor clients with managing the processing and development of their medico-legal claims.

The key quality is having strong attention to detail and a want to achieve the highest standards in your day-to-day work.

**Duties and responsibilities: What Will I Be Doing?**
- Ensuring the accurate logging, acknowledgement and allocation of enquiries, cases and records.
- Speaking with medical experts and solicitors politely and courteously.
- Ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail in terms of record keeping and Management Information (MI).
- Supporting colleagues who are customer facing, through effective handling and management of cases.
- Providing other general administration office support functions.
- Assisting colleagues in other areas to ensure the smooth running of the business

**What Skills Do I Need?**
- A solid work history
- CRM experience would be ideal, in particular Salesforce
- A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Good analytical skills, and able to work methodically and accurately
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in use of all main Microsoft Programs
- Ability to analyse and run reports (Excel and CRM based) (ideal not essential)
- Marketing experience (ideal not essential)
