Cafe Cook at Rodway Hill Golf Course

Rodway Hill Golf Course is looking for a Cafe Cook to join the team to provide a good level of cooking breakfast, lunches and meals throughout the day using local ingredients where possible.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menus
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with bar staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Assist with stock management and ordering supplies as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a cook in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Type**: Part-time
