A Processing Administer that will be responsible for carrying out high volume administrative tasks to tight deadlines, ensuring that the relevant information is recorded accurately within our systems.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To work independently with mínimal supervision, supporting the effective administration of client claims
- Working with pace and accuracy in line with set targets, whilst ensuring the privacy and security of information at all times, in accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
- Providing excellent customer care and service at all times through effective engagement and treating Clients fairly at all points of the process

**Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A strong grasp of Microsoft Office packages
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Be highly motivated and target driven with a positive attitude
