Admin Assistant

Urban Cooling is a fast-growing air conditioning installation company, we are looking for a confident, committed, self-motivated, organised individual to become part of a team delivering exceptional customer service support to our customers and office visitors.
Day to day duties to include;
- Helping to manage calls and organise appointments.
- Help processing new business leads and answering customer questions (full training given)
- Update and manage our CRM system as leads and work progress
- Liaise with clients directly to assist and resolve general enquiries
- Moving leads through the process to completion by liaising with Business Development Managers.
- General administration
- Invoicing
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- The ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
- Can-do attitude and ability to work in fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- The ability to work with strong attention to detail
- Level-headed and problem solver
- Ability to work under pressure
- Down to earth but professional
- Use of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
- Ability to learn quickly the various office cloud-based systems.
- Minimum C's in Maths and English.
Hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Nest pension scheme.
20 Days holiday + bank holidays
Complete shut down over Christmas and New Year period
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
