MyWorkwear is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of embroidered and printed clothing. Based in Telford, Shropshire, our skilled team produce thousands of garments per week, supplying companies, large and small, from across the UK. We use state-of-the-art embroidery and heat transfer machines to brand uniforms for clients as diverse as Vimto, Oxford University and the NHS.

**About the role**

You will support the sales team in creating quotations/proposals for customers and managing smaller sales inquiries, engaging in phone conversations with prospective customers to understand their requirements, creating tailored responses, and following up as needed.

You will also provide general administrative support to the sales team including updating and maintaining accurate records in the company CRM, participating in regular sales meetings and seeking opportunities to improve sales administration processes and systems

**About you**

Experience within a sales administration and/or sales support role role along with proficient IT skills is required.

Ideally, your experience will be from a similar industry or environment, however, we will provide training so you will become knowledgeable about workwear, embroidery & print.

We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent service and who thrives in a busy, high-pressure environment.

Proactive and adaptable, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders in a polite and friendly manner. You will also have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile.

Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
