**Customer Service Administrator**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and engineers
- Tracking and moving appointments
- Calling existing & new customers to book in their annual boiler services
- Logging jobs for parts, breakdowns and servicing etc
- Obtaining updates from engineers and updating the CRM system
- Any other ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time

**Key competencies**:

- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient
- Positive and enthusiastic
- A clear and polite telephone manner is crucial
- Computer literate

**Experience required**:
**Working hours**:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From £15,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sutton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
