**Site History**:
EPC Newport started out as Bar Foods, focused solely on foodservice and were acquired by The Billington Group since 2012. In 2018 the business evolved to Billington Food Service (BFS) which again was a dedicated foodservice supplier with over 30 years industry knowledge and expertise. The site produced ready meals, sauces and soup. In September 2021 we became an EPC site producing concentrating on dip pots and sachets.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
The role is integral to delivering business goals by ensuring that the Supply Chain function at EPC Newport fulfils the demand of production and customer service. This includes ensuring raw materials and packaging are on site to cover planned production, while keeping stock value under control. Assisting in the production planning for the site for three production units. In addition, supporting the Customer Service function to ensure orders are processed and are captured in plans, along with arranging transport to facilitate the timely delivery of product. Regular and clear communication is required with customers to ensure expectations are understood and managed, along with daily communication with internal functions to understand limitations that may affect this delivery.

You will get the opportunity to interact with people at difference levels both internally and externally to build on your existing skills and experience.

**Essential**:

- Administrative experience ideally in a busy office environment
- Liasing with internal and external stakeholders
- SAP system knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Problem solver

**Desirable**:

- Worked within a supply chain role or department
- Worked in FMCG industry
- Planning, Customer Service and/or Material scheduling experience
