**About the role**

As a Technical Architect Team lead, you will be responsible for the experienced engineers including: management of leave and absences, creation of training material, performance and QDR reviews, and more. A key priority of the role will be working with the client to constantly re-imagine thinking, deploy the latest features and adopt latest Azure products. You will also be required to Lead projects for the implementation of any new BAU Azure infrastructure, this will require an excellent line of communication at all times with our consulting and managed services departments, team members and clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Overall, our team leads are the focal point of our managed services team providing first class support to our customers ensuring they are leveraging the benefits of their technology investment.

**Essential Criteria**
- Must hold or be able to successfully achieve and maintain NPPV3 with SC.
- Able to evidence excellent customer service skills.
- Able to travel to Warwick.
- UK Driving license and access to a car.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of:

- ** Azure** (IaaS and PaaS)
- ** Office 365**:

- ** Windows Server OS **(including roles)
- ** Intune**:

- ** On-premises Applications** (Exchange, SharePoint, S4B etc)
- Knowledge of **Active Directory/Azure Active Directory**:

- Knowledge and experience of non-MS technologies**:VMWare**, **Cloud (AWS)**, **Linux.**:

- Outstanding communication skills to fulfil both the team management and client management elements of the role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, drive and support individuals.
- Ability to demonstrate and support specific technology specialisms within the Microsoft stack.
- Experience of working within a managed service team following ITIL processes.
- Experience of performance managing teams to drive high performance.
- Demonstratable experience of productivity enhancements within a team.
