We’re looking for an **Early Career Administrator** to join the team on a 3-month fixed term contract

Based from our Castle Donington office, you’ll be reporting to the Early Career Recruitment Lead and will be involved with all areas of Early Careers. This will range from recruitment activities, onboarding, induction coordination and career fair planning.

As an **Early Career Administrator**, you will be providing support to the Early Career Team as we finalise our 2023 recruitment, welcome our new starters in August and start the planning process for the 2024 recruitment cycle. Being flexible, pro-active, efficient and happy to turn your hand to all requirements is a must

The role incudes a whole host of activities but here's a quick overview:

- Drive and deliver the agreed onboarding touchpoints
- Coordinate in house assessment centres
- Vacancy management
- Data collation of recruitment information
- Induction coordination, including booking hotel rooms, catering requirements and point of contact for all attendees
- Career fair booking and logistics arrangements
- Work experience itinerary coordination

**What you’ll need.**
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload and needs of team
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and adaptable to a changing workload
- Eager and quick to learn
- Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally at all levels
- Good sense of humour and team spirit.
- Good use of Microsoft packages

As this is a 3 month temporary role, we are looking for someone who can start in June.
