An exciting opportunity awaits as a Viewings and Inspections Clerk at Andrew Grant. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team and assist in property viewings and inspections.

**Position**: Viewings and Inspections Clerk
**Location**: Worcestershire
**Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week
**Salary**: £22,000-£24,000 per annum depending on experience.

**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Viewings and Inspections Clerk, you will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for conducting property viewings and inspections across our managed properties. Your role will involve:

- Conducting property viewings for prospective tenants, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Coordinating and scheduling property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and adhere to quality standards.
- Engaging with prospective tenants and answering any questions they may have about the properties.
- Providing accurate information about the local area, amenities, and services to assist prospective tenants in making informed decisions.
- Collaborating closely with our lettings team to ensure seamless communication and efficient property turnover.
- Documenting property conditions and generating inspection reports for landlords and internal records.
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- No prior experience in the property industry is required, but a keen interest and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document property conditions.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for property visits, however a company car for use for appointments is also a possibility.
