- This role is categorised as a _**_roam_**_ role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we’ll support you working from a variety of locations.**The Role**:
We’re looking for a Support Service Co-ordinator based in Sunderland to support our Sunderland Move on scheme on a full time, permanent basis.

Thirteen is a caring landlord and developer, providing our customers with homes, support and opportunities to grow. With almost 300 properties located throughout Sunderland, we have had a relationship with the Council for over thirty years, jointly developing a range of strategically relevant community support services, ranging from supported housing schemes to major regeneration and development activity. We provide services for homeless people, ex-offenders, people with mental health issues, people recovering from substance misuse, families, women and young people.

As Support Service Co-ordinator you’ll work with vulnerable people and adopt a holistic approach when working with clients in order to promote positive and sustained change. You’ll manage a caseload of varying complexities and possess the confidence and ability to problem solve and be solution focused whilst being part of a team or lone working.

**The Person**:
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of NVQ level 3 in a relevant field or demonstrable experience. A background of working with vulnerable customers would be advantageous, including all aspects of housing management. You’ll have experience in muti-agency working, record keeping and report writing, you’ll also have the ability to support clients to maximise their income, tenancy sustainment and provide benefit advice.
