**Contract Performance Analyst - London/Hybrid**

Integral are currently looing for a Contract Performance Assistant to join the Corporate team. You will be responsible for ensuring contractual obligations are delivered professionally and in line with best practice. You will also be responsible for ensuring the engineering team and Supply chain partners provide a high quality service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Place supplier's and sub-contractor orders using the CAFM system
- Taking call outs through Corrigo CAFM system
- Checking call outs are completed within the SLA's and checking with client
- Produce quotations in the required format and in line with agreed process
- Up-date quote log.
- Uploading information to the client's systems as required.
- Schedule and booking in of Sub-contractor and engineers for both relative and PPM works.
- Compile reports as required to enable the Company to fulfil its contractual obligations
- Liaison with the operations team and the client team
- Compiling all information required for credit notes to be raised
- Dealing with invoice queries and achieving a suitable resolution
- Raising of invoices for completed works in a timely manner
- Carry out other duties as required from time to time
- Ensure that the Company is presented in a good light at all times.
- Follow Company administration procedures.
- Carry out any other reasonable instruction from the line manager, their line managers or member of the senior management team
- Attend team briefings as required,
- Co-operate with the company to allow it to fulfil its moral and legal duties and obligations.

**Operational Duties**
- Ensure operational effectiveness is best always delivered.
- Supply chain is managed in way of delivering services against our SLA, along with all reports and recommendations in a timely manner.
- Review the clients CAFM system (Corrigo) against any set SLA, ensuring zero breach times.
- Review all PPM and reactive scheduling is reviewed and agreed with the CDM.
- Raise and deliver all reactive spend AWS reports against a 2-month WIP provision.
- Raise all invoices as required in a timely manor.
- Raise purchase orders for sub-contractors PPM visits for new and existing sites
- Always develop and maintain excellent relationships with the client team.
