Robert Heath Heating specialises in providing domestic and commercial gas heating installation, service, and maintenance services to Social Housing, and is currently engaged in long-term contracts with Housing Associations and Local Authorities, covering around 100,000 properties across the UK.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated administrator to join our client-focused team. This is an exciting time to join a family run business undergoing wide business change. We provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment, supported by our schedulers and contact centre teams, to deliver a seamless client experience.

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for all aspects of in day and future planning within a defined area
- Keeping customers up to date with status of their job
- Communicating verbally and in writing with customers and clients
- Complaint Resolution
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications
- Accurately recording notes on our system
- Data entry, retrieval, and database management
- Utilising empathy when liaising with vulnerable customers
- A calm approach to objection handling
- Proactively own issues through to resolution
- Initiative to bring solutions not problems
- Managing client expectations
- Liaising with 3rd parties and clients to ensure job programmes are met

Working within heating, plumbing or construction industries

Working within a contract administration position

Working within the social housing / maintenance sector

**DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE**

Working in a customer service / helpdesk / contact centre environment

Engaging with people with different needs and backgrounds

**EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL**

5 GCSEs grade A*-C (or equivalent)

**DESIRABLE**

3 A-Levels A-C (or equivalent)
