About you:

- You will have proven experience of systems support and/or implementations.
- You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts at all levels within the charity.
- You will have previous experience of delivering training.
- You will be able to demonstrate successful experience of supporting and maintaining ERP or similar software systems (on premise or cloud based).
- You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the role:

- Continuously evaluating the current finance system, recommending improvements or advances in technology in line with industry best practice and as appropriate supporting the Finance systems Manager with the selection process for a possible replacement.
- Supporting the Finance Systems Manager with the implementation of the replacement project as and when required.
- Supporting the management of the system by IT users, including production and delivery of new procedures, workflow creations and data migration by providing and delivering training documentation and tools, and undertaking engagement with internal stakeholders to ensure that the system is used to the best of its ability.
- Management of first-line service desk support aspects of the finance system, providing suitable resolutions within the scope of predefined SLA's and gaining feedback from end users to identify issues for resolution, future developments and training opportunities linking in with the Learning and Development Department as required.
- Ensuring the integrity, smooth running and continual development of finance systems to support the effective operation of all parts of the organisation, ensuring efficient integration with other supporter or commercial systems in operation.
- Timely running of monthly/weekly ePOS outputs for CRM system import ensuring validity of data, checking for errors to facilitate accurate management reporting.
