Qell established building services business in Oldham has a new opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join a busy team.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to project managers and team members

Assist in organising and maintaining project documentation and files

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project team members

Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Support the coordination of project schedules and deadlines

Maintain Health and Safety files and esnure documentation is up to date and correct

Create Risk Assessments when new projects are commenced

Ordering of materials and dealing with suppliers to ensure projects can be carried out in a timely manner

Raising POs and sales invoices

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in an administrative or project support role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Strong IT skills

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
