Apprentice Business Administration

Thomas Halliwell offers consultation, design, fit-out, and commissioning services on an individual basis, as required. However, many of our clients require a holistic service. In these instances, our teams work together closely to provide a full turnkey package.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing team. You will be answering phones and performing general administration duties.
Your typical tasks will includeAnswering the phone Creating and assisting with the creation of documents including customer agreements and health and safety documents. Assisting with H&S accreditation renewals Tracking projects and ensuring all subtasks are complete on time. Contacting customers and the other stakeholders involved in projects to book appointments, communicate key information and obtain information required. Performing administrative duties in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Making updates to our website.
Contributing to the improvement of internal processes as our team grows.
Organisation - Our jobs are projects that involve many steps. Keeping track of multiple projects and where each is up to is an important aspect of the job. In addition to this you must keep track of your own tasks and priorities.
