**About the Position**:

- **Student Attendance & Engagement Coordinator** to join our Registry Team.In a nutshell, the role will call on you to be responsible for all aspects of attendance monitoring processes and procedures, and will provide information, advice & support to students.**Key Responsibilities**:
The main aspects of this exciting role are:
- To oversee the attendance procedures, ensuring that registers are accurately maintained, and attendance is monitored in line with the Student Attendance & Engagement policy
- To collate and report attendance data and statistics, identifying attendance issues and trends
- To carry out administrative tasks in relation to the procedures for managing poor attendance
- To work as part of the wider Registry team and provide support to other departments as and when required

**This role would be a great fit if you’ve a background in admin or have previously worked within the Education sector.** Although you don’t need to tick every box, we’d love you to be able meet the following requirements:
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and planning skills
- Well organised and methodical
- Extensive administrative experience within the education sector is desirable
- Experience of multi-tasking and delivery to agreed timescale
- Experience of managing and prioritising complex workloads
- ** Oh, and you’ll definitely need to know the basics of Excel as there’ll be a lot of filtering and data-validation going on**
