**Opportunity**:
As Laundry Porter you will be responsible for:

- Collecting laundry from various locations and delivering to designated area, assisting with sorting as necessary
- The entire laundering process of all linen used
- Checking designated areas throughout shift to ensure presentation standards are maintained, taking remedial action where appropriate
- Working effectively with colleagues to ensure an harmonious working environment where all team members are treated with respect and dignity
- Maintaining the security of bedrooms and stock, immediately reporting any breaches and dealing with lost property in accordance with company procedures
- Complying with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Assisting with the movement of large quantities of stock items
- Assisting with cleaning and servicing designated areas in accordance with departmental standards
- Returning laundered items to appropriate stores
- Reporting any defects in the fixtures and fittings within the designated area
- Ensuring all equipment and materials are used in correct manner and any problems are reported immediately
- Deliver guest requests and assist in turning guest rooms with the Housekeeping team as and when required.

- Proven ability to work within a busy Team
- Proven ability to deliver high standards and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Good Communication and listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrate a committed, motivated and pro-active attitude

**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous experience within a similar role

Full training will be provided.
