The Siemens Healthineers Healthcare Consulting team provide a diverse portfolio of consultancy services to our partner organisations. The purpose of the role is to lead a range of projects and opportunities within the Consulting team and to support and enhance the development of consulting services across the wider business.

To aim of the role is to lead the delivery of Healthcare Consulting projects which demonstrate sustainable improvement to our customer’s clinical operational, performance, quality and financial outcomes.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Lead a range of Consulting Projectsandassistthe Head ofDepartmentalConsulting inthe identification,acquisitionand implementation of projectsacross a range of customers
- Lead the delivery of Healthcare Consulting projects across an increasingly diverse range of customers within GB&I, this will involve leading the delivery of Analysis Week activities, Value Stream Analysis and Rapid Improvement Events on customer sites including preparation of activities in line with the Consulting Team’s Standard Work. Also includes analysing of patient and process workflows on-site and providing process maps to support customer understanding of their activities
- Developlong-termsustainable partnershipsand bethe key point of contact withanumber ofcustomersleading on the delivery ofa diverse range of consulting project.Responsibility for the progress of projects and guaranteesa high levelof customer satisfaction
- Provideprojectmanagementsupport in thedeliveryof a range ofprojects and opportunitiesand toprovideday to day leadership,managementand development ofstaff deployed in project delivery
- Responsible for the detailed analysisand presentationof customer information in a relevant and meaningful way
- Management & appropriate escalation of risks and opportunities forConsultingprojects
- Representing Healthcare Consulting and Transformation both externally and internally
- Lead the creation of proposals for consultancy projects including provision of required resources and establishing of resource requirements
- Promote the Healthcare Consulting portfolio externally and within Siemens Healthineers

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Detailed understanding and experience of healthcare delivery
- Proficiency in standard business IT office systems
- Ability to focus on detail with demonstrable analytical skills
- Extensive project and practical experience in healthcare and/or consulting
- Experience of change management including LEAN transformation
- Highly developed influencing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with problem solving capability
- Excellent organisational and presentation skills, is well organised with excellent time management skills
- Must have the ability to engage all members of a diverse team towards a shared objective
