Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Lead Business Analyst in providing expert analytics, data modeling, and change management support to our NHS and private customers.
  • Conduct structured analysis and identify data-driven insights to inform operational efficiency and clinical strategy development.
  • Deliver modeling and simulation techniques to model the impact of different change scenarios.
  • Undertake cost-benefit analysis of potential solutions and identify key performance indicators for each customer.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level or equivalent experience in an analytical-related discipline.
  • Evidence of further professional development.
  • Experience working in or with NHS hospital specialties, including Imaging, across multiple providers.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the challenges faced by Imaging services in the UK and the root causes of these challenges.
