Sales Ledger Controller
**Your new company**
We are now working in partnership with a highly reputable Events and Venues management company in the heart of Swindon. This company have a diverse portfolio of clients. They are looking for someone to join their busy finance team and support in the administrationof the Sales Ledger.
**Your new role**The main purpose of the role is to assist the Head of Finance and Finance Director in various accounting aspects. More specifically you will be responsible for:

- Utilities Management
- Reconciliation of Venue Find bookings when required
- Raising Sales Invoices and posting sales information into the ledgers.
- Nominal Account Reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Investigating Commission Queries
- Support with Credit Card postings and Reconciliations
- Raising Sales invoices manually
- Posting of all receipts into the bank
- PayPal Management
- Support with Company Car bookings when necessary
- General Office Management assistance when required
- Raising credit notes when required and Managing Credit Note Log

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Good experience with systems such as Sage50, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Organisation skills
- Great time keeping
- Ideally AAT or CIMA qualified
- Leadership qualities
