**About the Role**
The purpose of the role is to provide high quality, professional and organised administrative support to the Client Delivery team at ORESA.
- Coordination of diaries and meeting/ call planning and preparation
- Reporting and administrative tasks such as note-taking
- Using and managing systems and databases
- Researching and post assignment insight as required
- Project management including tracking and following-up on actions.
- Administrative and coordination experience, ideally with some experience supporting individuals or a team
- A professional business manner with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, specifically with the confidence to initiate communication
- A business or other relevant degree
- An ability to work flexibly and independently to tight deadlines; highly proactive, resilient, tenacious, productive and self-motivated
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with strong planning and organisational skills
- Research and analytical skills
- Excellent IT skills, including a good understanding of relational databases.
