You’ll be skilled in the execution of marketing campaigns across all channels and have a good understanding of omni-channel customer journey.

As a Marketing Executive, you will oversee, implement, and improve marketing activities by delivering engaging campaigns across our various product categories and ranges, with the aim of increasing sales, profitability, and customer experience.

You will be a proven and experienced Marketing Co-Ordinator or Executive who is insight and research led. Able to demonstrate planning, testing, segmentation, defining, delivering and analysis of strategic and customer led campaign activity across business channels.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Support in the planning and execution of all marketing campaign activity, from thorough research and analysis, clear detailed design briefs, production, and delivery.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that support the overarching marketing strategy
- Liaising closely with the wider ecommerce and commercial teams to ensure synergy across all channels, ensuring content and communications meet the brief and deliver the campaign message effectively.
- Analysing data and insights to produce outstanding campaigns.
- Measuring campaigns and making recommendations to improve performance - always with growth/revenue objectives in mind.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned and consistent with our brand identity, strategic goals and deliver on our brand vision.
- Developing our content strategy allowing for a more tailored approach to target customers.
- Involved in the production of all marketing materials, including TV, radio, newspaper, leaflets, posters, flyers, banners, graphics, newsletters, and social media.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of social media channels
- Execute split testing campaigns (A/B testing)
- Responsible for PR activities.
- Brand custodian, working with the team to communicate and reinforce brand guidelines in all marketing material, maintaining and developing our brand TOV.

**What we ask.**
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or similar.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar marketing role.
- Be passionate about marketing and customers
- Must understand commercial awareness and how campaigns can affect the external environment and drive sales.
- Excellent attention to detail with an interest in data analysis and data driven marketing.
- Possess strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Have excellent written communication, copy-writing and proofreading skills.
