**Marketing Executive**

**The Role**

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to assist in delivering marketing activity across a range of offline (primarily door drop) and online (primarily social media) channels to support sales in our funeral director channel. This role involves closely supporting stakeholders in the Sales channel to deliver effective and efficient marketing activity on behalf of our funeral director partners.

**Responsibilities and main accountabilities**
- Manage B2B2C marketing activity to deploy through a range of offline and online channels.
- Ensure all marketing materials are compliant and customer centric, adhering to Regulatory requirements.
- Support key stakeholders within the Sales team to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Work closely and manage relationships with creative and media agencies and fulfilment and print suppliers to deliver campaigns and materials within budget, to a high standard and within deadlines
- Measure and improve marketing effectiveness through campaign analysis, inflight and post campaign, interrogating data to identify key insights. Regularly report key insights to stakeholders
- Support Campaign Manager to develop marketing strategy and implement plans.
- Support optimisation of the customer journey.
- Identify new routes to market.
- Support audience expansion.
- Support delivery of internal and external Communications, using a range of tools and platforms.
- Create online content to ensure our social media toolkit remains engaging and effective.
- Support SEO development to ensure partners have an effective digital footprint.
- Support development of campaign propositions through data, analysis and insights.
- Regular analyse the competitor landscape

**Essential criteria**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and external suppliers and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Resilience and flexibility, able to cope under pressure
- Experience analysing campaigns, identifying insights and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience managing stakeholders.
- At least two years of marketing experience
- Experience in a similar role - agency or client side

**Desirable criteria**:

- Degree Educated
- Google certifications
- Experience of working in a regulated environment would be an advantage.
