What You'll Do:

- Agile Transformation Leadership: Lead and implement the Agile transformation plan, ensuring its successful implementation throughout the organisation.
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams and colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Change Management and Communication: Create and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to Agile practices.
- Create and deliver effective communication plans to ensure all employees understand the purpose, benefits, and progress of the Agile transformation.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively address resistance to change, working closely with managers and HR teams to mitigate risks and cultivate an Agile mentality.
- Talent and Organisational Development: Collaborate with HR teams to identify skill gaps and develop training programs to enhance Agile capabilities across the organisation.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and teams to support their understanding and adoption of Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate the creation of Agile performance management processes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Metrics and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of the Agile transformation.
- Regularly assess and evaluate progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the Agile transformation to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

- Experience in leading cultural transformations and implementing Agile methodologies in a complex organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and tools used in an Agile environment.
- Solid understanding of change management principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in driving organisational change and building a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Your Office Base:
Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon
