**The Role**
In this role of Senior Executive, Digital Campaigns & Merchandising you will report to the eCommerce manager and you will own the presentation of campaigns across the US & AU websites. This includes new cruise programmes, time-limited offers and specialfare types.
You will:
- Be responsible for the implementation of trading and merchandising strategy across the sites.
- Manage, oversee and coordinate the global campaigns calendar; ensuring all campaigns appear and disappear at the correct times as well as ensuring that campaigns have the correct format and messaging to maximise the campaign goals and showcase the CunardBrand.
- Ensure that all website activity is customer-focused and adheres to usability best practice.
- Improve tactical merchandising across the site and ensure activity is aligned with and supports personalisation efforts.
- Work cross-functionally with the wider digital, marketing, revenue management, IT and international teams to deliver on the above.
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK09 and is offered on a full - time permanent basis with at least two days based in our Southampton office
**About You**

- Experience working with websites to create web pages.
- To be customer-focused in your approach to commercial ownership
- To have the ability to work on multiple projects.
- Proven experience reporting on data.
- Previous experience of analysing various reports and drawing commercial conclusions.
