We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Accounts Assistant to take responsibility for the Sales Ledger function within our finance team at Head Office.
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for processing and raising supplier invoices, collating, and processing of timesheets and expenses to meet strict deadlines working closely with our engineers, project managers and customers. For this exciting new position, it is essential that you have office experience, ability to multitask and work under pressure managing high volume accounts. You will be competent in Microsoft Excel, accurate data entry and attention to detail.
This is a varied role within a team with scope for you to grow, offering flexible working hours Monday to Friday 08:00am - 18:00 and hybrid working following successful probationary period of 6 months In return we offer exciting prospects, a generous benefits package including BUPA, 23 days annual leave + public holidays, Company pension scheme and discretionary bonus scheme and an extra day for your birthday off.
