**Responsibilities**:
- Collate data from multiple external and internal sources
- Building reports and providing impactful insights to key stakeholders throughout the business.
- Providing monthly reports covering market activity and operators.
- Conduct primary research into the market
- Lead and deliver on strategic market research projects
- Working alongside key stakeholders across the business providing key information and recommendations based on accurate data analysis
**Requirements**:
- Happy to work in a chesterfield office minimum 3 days per week.
