The Role
This is a unique and rare opportunity to hit the ground running and deliver end to end CRM campaigns**,**with a rapidly expanding UK leading business. You will be working with top talent to retain their already large customer base. The company currently have a passionate bunch of problem solvers who work there and what they are looking for is someonewho has key attention to detail and can achieve their ambitions and goals within the business.
This would be a great opportunity for either an established CRM Manager or a Senior CRM Executive who is looking to progress to a Manager position as they offer annual salary reviews and have a clear progression plan in place for their team of 4. As a CRMManager it is essential that you have a burning desire to manage a small team and be ready to get involved with end to end projects using solution led tactics and think out of the box
**_Skills:_**
- 2-3 years' experience in CRM
- Experience on subscription services
- Experience in reading and editing HTML to a reasonable standard is desirable.
- Superb time manager and ability to plan ahead to keep projects running on time.
- Ready to manage 2 CRM Executives
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Managing all customer comms journeys - including all transactional, automated and engagement comms
- Reporting effectiveness against key retention metrics including engagement, usage and retention rates
- Developing and managing the testing and optimisation plans
- Supporting Head of CRM on wider CRM strategy
- Management and development of a CRM Executive
- Working closely with other Marketing, Customer Services, and Insight team to deliver the best possible customer experiences.

The team meet up regularly for a catch up on projects and 121's twice a week in their office in Manchester Central.
