Order Management Co-ordinator/administrator

We are looking for an Order Management Co-Ordinator to work for a production and manufacturing company based in Southam, CV47. Your job will entail the effective day-to-day coordination of sales accounts on an administration level as well as being responsible for all supply chain/procurement activities within a designated product group.
**Your job tasks will include**:
- Handling specific sales accounts on an admin level and incoming sales calls, both from account holders and non-account holders
- To raise and progress orders through to despatch/completion
- To liaise with other departments to ensure timely and correct despatch of orders
- Proactively seek to influence customers as to their order content
- Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Analysis and manipulation of data derived from the ERP system
- Inventory management and stock control, resolving any discrepancies
- Keep Order Management Manager appraised of potential problems/issues or changes in market trends on a regular basis
- Manage sales accounts - quotations/orders/credits etc
- Producing and maintaining order schedules for larger accounts
- Dealing with all aspects of collections and returns
- To appraise customers of the delivery situation when delays are foreseen
**Your working hours will be as follows**:
- Monday to Thursday - 07:30 - 16:00
- Friday - 07:30 - 12:15
- Proven high level of accuracy in literacy and numeracy
- Experience in sales administration and order processing is essential
- Previous experience using an MRP system to manage inventory levels and product demands whilst controlling the master data to achieve optimum results
- Excellent call-handling skills/experience
- Have worked with or have an understanding of SAP or will have worked with an ERP system previously
- Experience in purchasing and preferably procurement environment and/or experience in production planning
**This position offers a starting salary of £25,000.**
