Customer Services Administrator
£21000 to £23000 depending on expereince
We are seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious team player to join a very successful business in Southam. The purpose of this role will be to support client satisfaction and respond to customers and supplier’s enquiries. While also carrying out administrativeduties including finance, supporting purchasing and general office duties.
Main Duties:
- To implement accurate processing of customer orders and order confirmations within agreed timescales
- To ensure customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescales
- Support with solving customers’ problems
- Raising sales invoices and delivery notes
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Implement the purchase of products
- Support the process between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers
- Following up outstanding orders
- Manage phone calls and correspondences
- Organising and keeping filing systems up to date
- Update tracking sheets regularly
- Accurate inputting to SAGE 300
- Support implementation of Quality and Environment Systems.
- Processing of purchase invoices
- Sending Customer Invoices and monthly statements
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
You will require experience in both customer service and administration, a can-do attitude and good communication skills.
Working hours are 9am to 5pm Mondays and Wednesdays, 8am to 4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 9am to 12midday on a Friday.
You will need to be IT literate and have a good attention to detail.
