**POSITION TITLE**:Customer Experience Executive

**LOCATION**:Head Office - Farringdon (near Alton)

**REPORTING TO**: Joseph Moyle

The Country Candle Company is looking for a trustworthy, dynamic and enthusiastic team player to join our growing team and help us on our journey to become a leading global household brand in the home fragrance market.

As a Customer Experience Executive at The Country Candle Company, you will be responsible for providing the best possible experience to each of our customers, as well as supporting our external sales team. This is a diverse role, which will see you answering and filtering incoming calls, general customer enquiries, processing orders and arranging deliveries, problem solving and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Day to day, you will liaise with Michael, Joseph, and the directors to ensure that our customers’ experience is number one in the industry.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**

**Customer Experience**
- Provide a seamless experience for all of our clients, both new and existing by dealing with all incoming calls, orders and enquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Setting up new accounts on Unleashed (and HubSpot if needed)
- Process all trade and web orders
- Raising and sending quotes and order confirmations to clients.
- Booking processed orders onto our courier’s web platforms
- Confidently confirm product details/recommend products when required
- Manage Export documentation
- Follow up payment for proforma orders
- Processing order transactions online
- Sending out monthly statements and assistance with debt collecting

**OTHER AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Assisting R&D projects, documentation, and sample testing
- Assisting with H&S documentation
- Providing support in Operations if & when needed, including picking and packing orders, stock replenishment, and monthly stock take.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Prefer minimum of at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in going above and beyond to provide customers with the best possible outcome.
- Driven with a growth & ‘quick learner’ mindset and buy-in to the company’s growth journey.
- Trusted to carry out and complete tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced at building strong, working relationships with customers
- Excellent knowledge and experience of MS Office; particularly Outlook & Excel.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
- Onsite Parking
- Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm with 45-minute break

**Salary**: £24,000.00 - £26,000.00 per year

Bonus: Discretional bonus based on overall company performance.

The Country Candle Company is a growing family-run business so there are opportunities to progress and develop within this role and other areas in the business.

Currently being a small team, anyone in this role will be a pivotal player in the overall company’s success.

A full induction program will be provided to cover for your key areas of responsibility.

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
