As Working as a Senior Solutions Consultant within our Moata business, you will join our growing Platform team focused on supporting the enterprise adoption of the Moata platform. The key objective of this role is to help customers operate more efficiently and adapt to new challenges through long term deployments of Moata.

You will directly engage with existing and potential customers and be responsible for developing and driving the approach for Moata enterprise solutions in their organisations. You will collaborate with and influence our growth, product, and engineering teams specialising in defining and shaping both large and small scale, Moata-driven enterprise deployments.

As a Moata Senior Solutions Consultant you will deeply understand our customers objectives and work with them to help transform their business using Moata technology and our specific domain expertise. You will regularly engage with stakeholders and domain experts across the Mott MacDonald business to ensure we are helping our customers achieve their objectives.

What you will contribute to the team;
Strategic presales and planning
- Form strategic relationships with existing and potential customers to understand challenges and develop a technical roadmap to achieve their business objectives through Moata products.
- Support transitioning existing project based deployments into longer term enterprise wide deployments.
- Lead technology discovery with clients/wider business - particularly where the requirements are not well defined and/or there is no clear out of the box product fit. This would include:

- Support bids from capture stage onwards
- Defining client requirements
- Developing strategies / plans for technology deployment
- Identifying potential solutions across Moata and partner solutions
- Supporting handover to product teams once requirements clearly define
- Create value for customers by partnering for success and building a joint plan with identified objectives.
- Guide customers through the organizational changes needed to unlock the full value of Moata.

Advisory
- Working alongside the wider business to support technology strategies, providing a connection between engineering domain knowledge and Moata technology
- Act as a Moata agent in advisory commissions where there is a technology solution proposed.

Required for the position of Solutions Consultant - Moata Platform;
- Digital transformation experience using cloud-based solutions, managing initiatives across engineering/sales/support, professional services, distributed teams.
- Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones/success criteria, resource allocation, on-time delivery.
- Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, product managers, domain experts and software engineers.
- Excellent analytical, planning, organizational and technical and skills.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Being self-driven, curious, and creative, a confident and energetic self-starter
- Demonstrate the ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment
- A natural ability to think laterally and strategically with an analytical mindset, and natural problem-solving abilities
- Natural communication skills, and the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to a layperson, including storytelling and other techniques to guide and inspire
- Ability to establish and nurture a regional community taking account of a wide range of cultures and personas.
- You must also be able to self-manage your time and project commitments through organisation and self-dependence.
