Role Purpose
The Commercial Support Specialist is responsible for providing sales and service operation to support the local teams. The Commercial Support Specialist will own the end-to-end process for all capital items and will ensure all internal & external customers who contact Cynosure experience a premium service.

Strategic Role Responsibilities
- Support the development of office processes and protocol.

Operational Role Responsibilities
- General business, sales and service support to customers, subsidiaries, and distributors
- Owning the end-to-end process for all capital items from ordering through to invoicing.
- Correspond with local customers, subsidiaries, and distributors to ensure complete, timely and accurate processing of on-going pre / post orders and to resolve any order documentation issues, including quoting, pricing, terms & conditions
- Establish communication between local customers, call centers, distributors and internal sales and service departments.
- Own contract renewal process for local customers.
- Maintain customers and IB on internal systems.
- Booking, scheduling engineer visits and liaising with customers to keep them fully updated on scheduled visits.
- Picking, Packing and Posting customer parts orders as and when required.
- Processing of invoices on ERP system which relate to all things service and capital related.
- Service Contract Management - Proactively reach out to customers who are coming to the end of their warranty or existing service contract with a view to grow contract base.
- Managing demo/loan equipment locations so inventory is always accurate
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure minimum qty’s are stocked and always replenished.
- Overall responsibility of inventory - ensuring correct stock levels, goods received accurately, and all movements are transacted.

Functional Expertise
1. Associates degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.
2. SAP/Salesforce experience essential
3. Good PPT/ Excel skills
4. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a field
5. Fluent in English and either French, Spanish or German
