This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Consumer Group as a Personal Assistant within two of its exciting teams. You will work within the TV Platform & Content Products team reporting to x2 Managing Directors.

The Consumer Group Content Marketing Team is responsible for promoting the best TV programmes, channels, and content products available on Sky. Our brand teams manage the marketing for Sky entertainment channels (Sky Atlantic, Sky One, Sky Witness, Sky Crime, Sky Comedy, Sky Arts, ScyFy, E), and Sky Kids. It’s our responsibility to showcase the best content available across the Sky platform, driving value perceptions, viewing to our content and desire for our premium content products.

What you’ll do:

- Proactive diary management - seamlessly organising and maintaining extremely busy and constantly changing diaries. Booking all meeting rooms, organising frequent video conferencing sessions between offices in all territories, including Comcast and other external companies.
- Providing professional and effective administrative support -hospitality orders, preparing agendas/materials, meeting and greeting visitors, onboarding new starters and processing expenses
- Manage travel - arranging occasional domestic and international travel itineraries, flights, rail and taxis.
- Acting as a delegate to managers for Sky systems including Sky Life, SAP Concur and Spark for all administrative functions required (i.e. approvals and requests)
- Provide ad-hoc support for the leadership teams.
- Work collaboratively with other PA’s across Consumer Group. Flexing and adapting where required and supporting each other, whilst also providing admin cover as and when needed for colleague’s holiday.

What you’ll bring:

- Confident, friendly, approachable manner with a flexible, can-do attitude, collaborating for success.
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to multi-task, have good time management and an eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, to tight time scales and enjoy understanding issues and problem solving.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - using methodical approach to ensure all aspects of a task or project are anticipated and dealt with.
- Ability to show maturity and initiative in often pressurised and confidential situations.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); able to build effective relationships internally and externally.
- Pro-active team member with excellent interpersonal skills and capability to create rapport at all levels. Equally able to work independently.
