What you'll do
- Extensive diary and outlook calendar management for Director and their team
- Producing presentations on PowerPoint for meetings
- Coordinating team away days/events throughout the year
- Updating and distributing the weekly team report
- Covering other PA’s within GC&I during absence/holidays
- Arrange hospitality for meetings including breakfast, lunch and refreshments
- Processing travel expenses, making payments or processing orders through the Ariba system.
- Dealing with and resolving any IT issues your team experience
- Processing HR and recruitment forms through the HR database
- UK and international travel arrangements
What you'll bring
You will provide first class PA support to 1 x Director and the team. Responsibilities include:
- Diary management; arrange travel, accommodation and restaurant bookings
- Producing and amending presentations in PowerPoint to a high standard
- Running and collating the weekly report and review meetings ensuring target dates are met
- Undertake all administrative activities as required - telephone calls, prepare expenses, maintain contact lists, order stationery, filing, photocopying and scanning documents
- To work collaboratively with other PA’s in the team and across the department. Flexing, adapting and supporting each other
- Dealing with and resolving any IT issues your team experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi task and handle more than one diary at a time
Group Communications & Infrastructure

We’re the team that designs, builds, supports and maintains the telecoms networks across the whole Sky Group. Together, we help Sky broadband, mobile and TV enter new markets by crafting a single and secure infrastructure for the outstanding content and services that keep our customers coming back for more
Cloud & Infrastructure is within Group Comms and Infrastructure, part of Sky’s Group Technology.) The C&I departments purpose is to support and consult the whole of Sky in their Cloud Journey, to craft, build and operate Sky's Private Cloud and Enterprise Network, and to support and operate Sky's technology infrastructure (OS, DB, Storage) across the Group.
The team is made up of approximately 300 staff, spread across several sites in the UK, 100 more staff in DE and ITA, and some 100 staff in Chennai. The department is split into 5 teams, that are now group wide.
The Group Cloud & Infrastructure Director has 6 direct reports in their first line. First and foremost you support the Group Cloud & Infrastructure Director but in addition you will offer administration and diary assistance his 6 direct reports.
We deal with several external suppliers
- so there is a lot of outward facing activity, meetings at Sky and around London, resulting in multiple people to coordinate.
This is an excellent opportunity. You will get exposure to the Technology arm of Sky and see how our business is growing and benefiting.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
