This role is an exciting opportunity to join us in Sky Sports as a Personal Assistant to work with the Exec Director of Production Services & Operations, Director of Studios and Director of Post Production. This role is being offered as a 9 month FTC/Secondment.

What you'll do:

- Be responsible for proactive diary management - seamlessly organising and maintaining extremely busy and constantly changing diaries.
- Booking all meeting rooms, organising frequent video conferencing sessions for our teams.
- Meet and manage visitors to ensure best impression and positive image presented.
- Attend key meetings as required, organising onsite and offsite departmental events.
- Assist with the production of monthly departmental newsletters for Studios & Post
- Assisting the Women in Sky Sports reps organising events and training
- Supporting the Comms & Engagement Manager in the organisation of the quarterly department-wide social events.
- Provide professional and effective administrative support (hospitality orders, preparing agenda’s/materials, bookings taxi’s, processing expenses)
- Taking clear and accurate minutes for confidential meetings.
- Manage & organise the 6-week work experience placement scheme for the NFTS Students joining Studios
- Manage Corporate business Travel - arranging domestic and international travel itineraries, flights, rail and taxis.
- Respond to enquiries and requests, thereby ensuring all client and key contact enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. This will involve seeking answers and resolving matters personally where appropriate. Acting as an effective conduit to the Directors.
- Act as a delegate to Director for Sky systems including Concur, Spark & Workday for all administrative functions required (i.e. approvals and requests).
- Provide ad-hoc support to the wider Studios & Post teams where necessary.

- Exceptional organisational skills, ability to multi-task, have good time management and an eye for detail.
- Prior experience working as a Personal/Team Assistant with responsibility for multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment is required.
- Discretion and deep appreciation for professional confidentiality.
- The ability to show maturity and initiative in often pressurised and confidential situations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - using methodical approach to ensure all aspects of a task or project are anticipated and dealt with.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with outstanding attention to detail; able to build effective relationships internally and externally.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, to tight time scales and enjoy understanding issues and problem solving.
- Self-motivation and the ability to demonstrate a pro-active/flexible attitude to their work.
- Commitment to providing high levels of support to both internal and external contacts.
- Ability to prioritise and appropriately manage senior stakeholder requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of and proficiency in using: Microsoft Office Package; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and database systems.
- A desire to achieve excellence, being motivated and driven.
- The ability and willingness to take on new and different challenges.
- A knowledge of and interest in sports is not a pre-requisite but will make you enjoy your role even more
