We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join the IT Portfolio Management Office team as a PMO Coordinator. Delivering innovative solutions across the International Technology & Advanced Analytics function, the team works collaboratively with key business customers, IT2A colleagues and the wider Walgreens Boots Alliance group.

About the role

As a PMO Coordinator you will be reporting to the PMO Resourcing Manager and will be part of the wider IT2A Planning, Governance and Control team. This role will support the Resourcing Management activities within the PMO including:
Acting as a point of contact for all IT colleagues on resourcing queries. Ensuring resource requests are managed quickly, efficiently and consistent with agreed processes.

Liaising with our resourcing partners and HR department in order to fulfil resource requests.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the IT2A headcount data working closely with HR colleagues to ensure this is accurate.
- Responsible for all financial aspects of our work with resourcing partners, including raising purchase orders and validating invoices.
- Supporting on temporary recruitment activities, such as arranging interviews, gathering feedback and maintaining trackers
- Supporting wider PMO activities when required, for example project and portfolio reporting, induction and training
- Using our Project Management Tool (KeyedIn) to maintain resource data and monitoring/reporting on resource utilisation, suggesting ways to improve
- Working with the internal teams to ensure regular feedback on temporary resource performance is gathered and shared with suppliers.**What you’ll need to have**
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to manipulate data effectively and draw meaningful conclusions
- A team player who is comfortable working with others
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines

**It would be great if you also have**
- Some experience of working within a PMO/project environment
- Experience of creating and presenting reports to senior stakeholders
- Experience of working in a complex organisation with multiple departments
