Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, are looking to recruit a Customer Services**.** This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will joinan established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.
This is a full time, permanent position and the working hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-4.30pm based at our offices in Farnborough, Hampshire. Our offices benefit from free onsite parking and kitchen facilities.
**The role**
This role involves being the first point of contact for customer care, answering questions, reassuring and guiding our customers in the right direction.
You will gain product knowledge through our in-house training and be able to provide trouble-shooting guidance. You will be joining a small team of advisors and will report directly into our Customer Service Manager, who has extensive experience within thecompany.
We will provide full training of our IT systems and our procedures.

In addition, we're looking for:
- Good computer skills, whether this has been gained through work or personal use
- Good listener
- Positive demeanor
- Confidence talking on the telephone
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Team player
**What we can offer**
The full-time salary for this role is £22,000 and in addition to this we will offer a quarterly bonus scheme.
