**Role**:Full Time Cover Corporate Receptionist**
**Location**: Central London
**Salary**: £12 per hour (Approx £28,000 per annum)
**Contract available**: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Reception UK is an established reception and concierge service who believe first impressions count and we take great pride in being known for our attention to details and service excellence. We are looking for someone that wants to join our fast growing team, believes in great customer service and is committed to delivering the high level of performance Reception UK are known for.
The position of Full Time Cover Corporate Receptionist is a permanent position in which you will be required to cover our reception sites for our biggest client (although you may assist with other clients if needed). This role is mainly based in Central London however you may be needed to work outside of London on occasion if needed. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and enjoys working in different locations, as well as possessing the correct skills to manage a reception desk and present exceptional customer service. The hours for our sites vary across locations but an average is 9 hours a day (although this could be more or less depending on the location).

**Job Duties**:
Meeting and Greeting Clients
Following the specific tenant requirements regarding Visitors
Carrying out the correct signing in procedure for visitors, contractors and staff
Manage day to day running of the reception area
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Following the correct procedure for couriers and deliveries - specific procedures for each tenant
Liaising with the tenants and the client
Managing the maintenance of the building ensure the building is kept to a high standard
Reporting any site issues to the correct contact
Occasionally assist with newsletters and tenant engagement initiatives
**Key Skills and Experience**:
Previous corporate reception experience is preferred
Previous customer service experience is essential
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and computer skills
Must hold full UK driving licence
