We have partnered with a prestigious client who are looking for a corporate front of house receptionist to join their team at their beautiful flagship office in London. This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week and offering a salary of £30-35k per annum based on experience, skills and qualifications.

We are looking to engage with exceptional individuals with a strong front of house background within a corporate environment.

**Duties as a Corporate Receptionist will include**:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing the reception desk, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Assisting with meeting room bookings, including setting up technology and providing necessary equipment.
- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of personal and sensitive information.
- Managing office supplies, including monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Assisting with the coordination and planning of office events and functions.
- Providing administrative support to various teams and departments as needed.
- Handling any ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment by actively participating in team-building activities and fostering open communication.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of company products, services, and offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Following company policies and procedures, including health and safety and data protection guidelines.
- Collaborating with other front of house team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient service delivery.

**Qualifications and requirements to be considered for the role of Corporate Receptionist**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist role is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- High level of integrity and reliability.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with the London area is desirable.
