My public sector client based in Birmingham is looking for a Personal Assistant / high level administrator, to support their Boards and Committees (Governance). This is a temporary assignment Monday to Friday paying £15.12 p/hr, full time 37.00 hours a week, the role is also currently working on a hybrid model, with two days a week in the office and the balance working from home.

As part of this role, you will be required, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
" Maintain board records for each member in respect of knowledge and skills, attendance, tenure to effect succession planning
" Drafting and updating of induction material and process for new members
" Arranging and booking travel and accommodation
" Arranging/booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
" Attending meetings to note minutes and issue/chase action points
" General administration duties such as data entry, answer telephones, filing

Skills required
- " Highly organised, self-starter and well-motivated as you will be mainly working unsupervised
" Able to prioritise workload and adapt to changeable deadlines
" Good communications in both written and verbal form
" Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and customers over the phone and in person

This role will require a clearance and three years referencing in place before you start on the assignment.
